These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Superyacht Intelligence website, platform, subscription services, alerts, summaries, dashboards and related services.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, "we", "us" and "our" refer to A1 Superyacht Consultancy Ltd.

All subscriptions, commercial invoices, payments, customer agreements and legal obligations are handled through A1 Superyacht Consultancy Ltd. Superyacht Intelligence is the service name and website platform.

By accessing or using Superyacht Intelligence, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Description of the Service

Superyacht Intelligence is a professional information and monitoring service for the global yacht and superyacht industry.

The service may include:

• industry monitoring
• market updates
• regulatory monitoring
• shipyard updates
• technology updates
• charter-related information
• industry news summaries
• AI-generated summaries
• source links
• watchlists
• alerts
• dashboard access
• email summaries
• saved items
• subscription services

The service is intended for professional information purposes only.

3. No Professional Advice

Superyacht Intelligence does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, technical, regulatory, insurance, classification, compliance, brokerage or yacht management advice.

Information provided through the service is for general professional intelligence and monitoring purposes only.

Users must verify all information with the original source and obtain appropriate professional advice before making any decision.

4. Source-Based Information

Superyacht Intelligence may summarise, classify or refer to information from third-party sources. We aim to provide source links where reasonably possible.

We do not guarantee that third-party information is accurate, complete, current or suitable for a specific purpose.

The inclusion of a source link does not mean that we endorse the source, its content, its commercial position or its conclusions.

5. AI-Generated Summaries

The platform may use artificial intelligence tools to create summaries, classifications, tags, relevance indicators and alert text.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions or interpretations that require human verification.

Users should not rely on AI summaries as the sole basis for commercial, legal, regulatory, technical or financial decisions.

6. Access and Accounts

Certain parts of the service may require registration, approval, subscription or account access.

Users must provide accurate and current information during registration, demo account request, invoice request or subscription setup.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.

Users must not share account access with unauthorised persons unless their subscription plan expressly allows team or multi-user access.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe that an account is being misused, shared without permission, used unlawfully or used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Account Use and Login Sharing

Each subscription is issued to a named user or approved business account. Login details are personal and must not be shared, transferred, resold or used by unauthorised persons. Unless a subscription plan expressly includes multiple named users, one subscription may only be used by one individual user.

Business and enterprise clients requiring access for multiple team members must use an approved multi-user plan or request additional named user seats.

A1 Superyacht Consultancy Ltd reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access if login sharing, account misuse, scraping, unauthorised redistribution or other improper use is suspected.

8. Subscriptions

Paid subscription plans may be offered for private users, professional users, business clients and enterprise clients.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all paid subscriptions have a minimum term of 3 months.

After the minimum term, subscriptions may continue according to the selected billing option unless cancelled before renewal.

Standard annual prepaid subscriptions may receive a 10% discount where offered. Approved founding customers may receive a 20% annual discount for as long as their annual subscription remains active and uninterrupted. Founding Customer conditions are promotional launch conditions and may be limited, changed or withdrawn for new customers at any time.

Subscription features, prices and availability may change from time to time.

9. Payment Options

A1 Superyacht Consultancy Ltd is responsible for invoicing and commercial billing unless a third-party merchant or payment provider is expressly used.

Private users may be offered online payment options such as card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay or similar methods where available.

Business clients may be offered subscription checkout, commercial invoice, bank transfer or other agreed payment routes.

Enterprise clients may receive a custom commercial proposal and invoice.

Payment methods may depend on client location, account type and payment provider availability.

10. VAT, Taxes and Invoices

Prices may be shown exclusive or inclusive of VAT depending on the customer type, location and applicable law.

Private clients may be charged VAT where applicable.

Business clients may be asked to provide valid company details, VAT number and billing address.

Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Invoices are issued by A1 Superyacht Consultancy Ltd or, where applicable, by an authorised third-party payment or billing provider.

11. Minimum Subscription Term

All paid subscriptions have a minimum term of 3 months unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The minimum term applies from the date of account activation or subscription start, depending on the selected payment route.

After the minimum term, the subscription may continue according to the selected billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

12. Annual Prepaid Discount

Standard annual prepaid subscriptions may receive a 10% discount where this option is offered.

The 10% standard discount applies only to prepaid annual plans and not to monthly, quarterly, enterprise or custom agreements unless separately agreed in writing.

Approved founding customers may receive a 20% annual discount for as long as their annual subscription remains active and uninterrupted. Founding Customer conditions are promotional launch conditions, are limited in number, and may be changed or withdrawn for new customers at any time. Existing approved founding customers keep the agreed annual discount only while their annual subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

13. Failed Payments and Late Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed or remains unpaid, we may suspend or restrict access to the service.

For invoice clients, access may be activated only after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to charge reasonable administrative costs, interest or recovery costs where permitted by applicable law and agreed commercial terms.

14. Cancellation

Users may request cancellation according to the terms of their selected subscription.

The minimum subscription term is 3 months unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for an already started billing period, unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

Annual prepaid subscriptions are normally non-refundable after activation, except where required by applicable law or agreed individually.

15. Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be refused where the user has already received access to the service, used the dashboard, received alerts, downloaded or viewed substantial content, or breached these Terms & Conditions.

Consumer rights, if applicable, remain unaffected.

16. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• copy, resell or redistribute platform content without permission
• use the service to build a competing product or database
• scrape, harvest or automatically extract data from the platform
• share login credentials without authorisation
• attempt to bypass access controls
• upload unlawful, offensive, harmful or confidential third-party material
• misuse source links or summaries
• use the service for unlawful purposes
• interfere with the operation or security of the platform

17. Intellectual Property

The Superyacht Intelligence name, platform structure, summaries, dashboard design, classifications, tags, text, layout and related materials are owned by or licensed to A1 Superyacht Consultancy Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Third-party source material remains the property of the relevant third-party owner.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service according to their subscription.

No intellectual property rights are transferred to the user.

18. Confidentiality

Business and enterprise clients may receive information, proposals, pricing or platform access that is not publicly available.

Such information must be treated as confidential unless it is already public or disclosure is required by law.

19. Service Availability

We aim to operate the service professionally and reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability.

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider outages, security updates or circumstances beyond our control.

20. Changes to the Service

We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We may add, remove or change sources, categories, features, dashboard functions, alert logic, subscription plans or pricing.

Where changes materially affect a paid subscription, we will try to provide reasonable notice.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A1 Superyacht Consultancy Ltd shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential losses
• loss of profit
• loss of business opportunity
• loss of data
• loss caused by reliance on third-party information
• loss caused by inaccurate, incomplete or delayed information
• loss caused by AI-generated errors
• loss caused by regulatory, legal, technical, financial or investment decisions made by the user

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

22. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that the service will identify every relevant market movement, regulatory update, listing, price change, shipyard announcement, charter opportunity, investment signal or industry development.

The platform is a monitoring and intelligence tool, not a complete or guaranteed source of all industry information.

23. Third-Party Providers

The service may depend on third-party providers for hosting, database infrastructure, payment processing, billing, AI processing, email delivery, analytics, automation or other technical functions.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, policy changes or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

24. External Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, availability, security, accuracy or privacy practices.

Users open external links at their own risk.

25. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• the user breaches these Terms & Conditions
• payment is not received
• the account is misused
• the service is used unlawfully
• the user attempts to copy or resell platform content
• continued access may create legal, technical or security risk

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.

27. Updates to these Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on the website with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the service after the updated terms are published means that the user accepts the updated terms.
